A few months ago, Aisha, a university student in United kingdom, seemed to have it all together. She attended lectures, participated in social activities, and always wore a bright smile.

But behind closed doors, she was struggling with overwhelming anxiety and feelings of hopelessness.

The pressure of exams, family expectations, and the fear of failing kept her awake at night She felt alone, thinking nobody would understand.

One day, Aisha decided to open up to a friend she trusted that conversation became the first step toward healing.

She learned that reaching out was not a weakness but a courageous act of self-care. With support from peers, mentors, and mental health resources, she slowly regained control over her life.
